GNIT successfully organized a Skill & Development Session under the IBM Skills Program in collaboration with Edunet Foundation.

Greater Noida Institute of Technology successfully organised a Skill & Development Session today under the IBM Skills Program in collaboration with Edunet Foundation . The session was conducted by the Training Department of GNIT under the esteemed guidance of Chairman Shri B. L. Gupta Ji and Director Dr. Somendra Shukla. It was coordinated by the Training Department. 

The workshop witnessed the enthusiastic participation of around 100 students, who gained exposure to key concepts such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) – its applications, advantages, and real-world impact in the field of Artificial Intelligence, along with the Principle of Transparency, emphasising fairness, openness, and accountability in technology and decision-making. The session was delivered by  Ms Sejal , who enriched the students with valuable insights and practical examples, making the workshop highly interactive and engaging.

The session enhanced students’ awareness and understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies, while instilling the importance of ethical and transparent use of technology. Learners gained hands-on knowledge and future-ready skills, empowering them to strengthen their career development journey.
