Dr.Jwala devi has completed her PhD from Institute of Management Studies and Research ( MDU) Rohtak, haryana. She has more than 12 years of experience in corporate, teaching and research area.she had also published many research paper in national and international Journals. Dr.Jwala devi is actively associated with different societies & academies.she has arranging many industrial visit, seminar & guests lectures in her career. Her area of interest are HRM & MARKETING

The Department of BBA was started in the year 2017 with the mission of enabling students to accustom knowledge in Management aspects. The highlight of the activities of the department in the span of five years reflects in the placement of our students in various higher educational and industrial organizations.

Induction and Orientation: To help the students settle into the BBA course, induction and orientation is conducted to familiarize students with the subject and the campus as they come from diverse backgrounds.

Teaching Methodology: Goes far beyond the chalk and the talk, with case studies, student seminars and technology driven aids to cultivate self confidence, people management skills and analytical reasoning.

Management fest, Workshops and Seminars: Students are encouraged to organize and participate in intra, inter departmental seminars and intercollegiate fests to enhance their skills and to update them with the latest goings-on in the corporate world in the field of management.

Imitation exercises: Management games, role plays, team building exercises and so on have been introduced to facilitate learning through entertainment and enactment. Besides, business lab is established to simulate business processes. This further enhances the real life problem solving abilities with first person experience through simulation role playing exercises.

Industrial Exposure: Industrial interface through guest lectures and industrial visits are conducted to develop corporate skills in the student. Students further get exposure to thought leadership and management skills by means of these activities in their BBA course.

Community services: Societal duties and responsibilities are inculcated through community service programs.

Club activities: Club Activities are an primary part of the curriculum designed to provide a platform for sharpening their managerial skills. Students get an opportunity to join in a club of their choice and harness people management and organizational skills in these clubs.

Newsletter: The annual newsletter is published showcasing the talents of the students in various academic and non-academic profiles. Students' skill in co-curricular activities are highlighted and portrayed in the newsletter hence giving them vital moral boost and gratitude for their talents and skills.

Mentoring: Mentoring aids the student in his/her all round individual development.

Library-

The GN GROUP OF INSTITUTE Library is fully air-conditioned and Wi-Fi enabled unit with seating capacity for about 100 readers. The library employs the latest technology in library sciences to provide the best learning environment to its readers.

AC Classrooms-

Fully ventilated and air-conditioned class rooms at the campus facilitate a blend of traditional and modern modes of teaching.

Smart Classrooms-

The classrooms are equipped with an array of Hi-Tech equipment. In this very special learning environment, LCDs and overhead projectors are available.

Auditorium-

The auditorium has a seating capacity of about five hundred people. Extensively used for extra-curricular events and for hosting functions of the College.

Computer Labs-

All the computers in the college are provided with the latest updated software and hardware.   Further, each center is equipped with uninterrupted power backup.

Hostel-

The College has an in-campus Boys and Girls hostel within its campus to accommodate both male and female students who come from the different parts of the country and the world.

Wi-Fi-

The College campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled which can be accessed by students and staff members in the academic block, tutorial block, corridors, open areas and hostels.
