Prof. (Dr.) Pankaj Kumar, Director-GNIT College of Management, Greater Noida is a seasoned academician, scholar and institutional leader having over 22 years of an illustrious track record in Management Education. In recognition of his passion to provide composite and quality education to the young minds, he has been rigorously working to equip the students with essential knowledge and required skills to face the current challenges of cut throat competition everywhere.

Dr. Pankaj Kumar has been the Director-Academics of HLM Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad. His career includes rich experience in the field of academics and managerial practices. He headed the department of Management at Greater Noida Institute of Technology (MBA Institute) for several years. Dr. Kumar worked as the Programme Coordinator at Sriram Institute of Management & Technology, Greater Noida. He has been associated with several premier Institutes of the country. He spent a year in Industry on different key positions. He is a master in English and Economics from MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. He has done his B.Ed. & M.Ed. from CCS University, Meerut. He earned his MBA in Marketing & HR from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow and did his Ph.D. in marketing from SVU.

Having more than two decades of experience in Academia and Corporate, Dr. Kumar is credited many research papers published in National and International Journals to his name. Author of a book on Customer Relationship Management, An excellent orator and an insightful leader, Dr. Kumar is skilled in teaching, training, liaison, managing HR functions and general administration. He is an expert in psychoanalytical tests and has conducted several workshops.

A sound orator and passionate teacher by profession, Dr. Kumar has taken several sessions in FDPs, MDPs and Seminars. A regular speaker at national and International level, he has been the convener of various Seminars, Conferences and FDPs at various Institutes. A torch bearer in the domain of Management Education, Dr. Kumar believes in active engagement of the students with the learning material. He likes to employ the real-world issues in his lectures with simulation and modeling technique. His area of interest is Customer relationship Management and Marketing of Services.

In addition to being the Director of GNIT College of Management Greater Noida, Dr. Pankaj Kumar, is also holding numerous other academic responsibilities in institutes of repute.

Prof. Deepshikha Sharma

Prof. Deepshikha Sharma is heading the department of MBA .She has been associated with several academic establishments and corporate houses since the beginning of her career. She has done her Post graduation in Finance & Education. She is MBA in Finance & Marketing. She did her B.Ed. from Jammu University. A perfect blend of Corporate and academia, she has several publications in National and International Journals. Prof. Deepshikha Sharma has 15 years experience of academia and 2 years of corporate. She has conducted several workshops and seminars and hosted many academic and cultural activities.

On 22 December 2021, GN group of institutes, GNIT College of management organized a seminar themed “Diversification of business: IGL perspective “. The session was delivered by Mr. Sanjeev Bhatia (vice president: Indraprastha gas limited). Chairman of the institute Shri B.L Gupta addressed the students and gave his valuable remarks .Students along with faculty members got a thorough and detailed exposure of the diversification activities being undertaken by the IGL. The students had got a very paramount and practical knowledge on how the supply chain gas outsourcing takes place. The session provided students, a corporate view on what is business diversification actually is , what are the factors contributing to such decisions, types of diversification etc .All the relevant queries were answered through a talk session by the key note speaker Mr. sanjeev Bhatia. The event was organized by MBA department of the GN group of institutes, directed by prof. (Dr) Suresh Kumar Sharma along with his team members that included prof. Neha Baisoya, prof. Deepshikha Sharma and prof. Vikas Nehra .And this event ended on a very healthy thankful note.

On 25 November 2021 , GN group of institutes , GNIT college of management organized a seminar on DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION , VALUE ADDITION TO INDUSTRY AND SOCIETY , APLLICATION OF AI , AM ,IOT, BLOCK CHAIN ETC with keynote speaker as Prof (Dr) Suresh Kumar Sharma , former National president to Indian institute of materials management , IIMM. The event started with lamp lightening at the auditorium of the college which was enlightened by the hon’ble chairman of GN group of institute Mr. B L Gupta along with Director general Mr. Sharad Aggarwal. Prof (Dr) Suresh Kumar Sharma deviated some essential light on the topic by stating (AI) as the ability of a computer or a robot controlled by a computer to do tasks that are usually done by humans because they require human intelligence and discernment , similarly Additive manufacturing (AM) or additive layer manufacturing (ALM) as the industrial production name for 3D printing, a computer controlled process that creates three dimensional objects by depositing materials, usually in layers. Internet of things (IoT) describes physical objects (or groups of such objects) that are embedded with sensors, processing ability, software, and other technologies that connect and exchange data with other devices and systems over the Internet or other communications networks. He empowered the students with his immense bank of essential knowledge he has gained from all across the globe and ended on a very healthy thankful note .
