GNIM organized an insightful seminar on Database Management System

The Department of BCA at GNIM organized an insightful seminar on “Database Management System” on August 6, 2025, with the objective of deepening students’ understanding of how data is structured, stored, and managed within an organization.

The seminar was conducted by Mr. Yogendra Tiwari, who delivered an engaging and informative session covering key DBMS concepts, including data models, relational databases, normalization, query processing, and data security. Mr. Tiwari also emphasized the practical relevance of database systems in real-world business environments and discussed current trends and technologies in data management.

Throughout the session, students actively participated by posing questions and sharing their insights, making the seminar highly interactive and intellectually stimulating. The seminar not only strengthened their theoretical foundation but also helped them relate academic knowledge to practical applications in modern enterprises.

This successful event was made possible under the visionary leadership of our Honorable Chairman, Shri B.L. Gupta Ji, and with the unwavering support of Prof. (Dr.) Annu Bahl Mehra, Mr Sanjeev Kumar (BCA HOD), Dr. Jwala Devi (BBA HOD), and Dr. Sadhna Shukla (B.Com HOD).
