Important Things to do on CAT Exam Day

  • Put the identical photo that was uploaded when registering for the CAT on the hard copy of the admit card.
  • All test-takers are obligated to carry 1 Government-issued photo ID and two separate copies of the CAT 2024 admit card.
  • Arrive at the testing location ninety minutes ahead of time to finish the identity and security checks.
  • On the day of the CAT exam, use the test system number to locate the floor or wing and your seat.

Important Things Not to Do on CAT Exam Day

Candidates should be aware of the following don’ts for CAT exam day to prevent any hassles before entering the exam hall:

  • The CAT testing chamber is not permitted to have jewellery on.
  • The CAT exam center does not allow shoes with thick soles.
  • Students must abstain from carrying mobile phones, smart watches, calculators, and other electronic devices into the exam hall. This is prohibited.
  • It is required of candidates to use the restroom before entering the test room. Candidates are not permitted to get up from their seats after the exam has begun.
